Property Owners Association
The Lake Winona Property Owners Association (POA), which includes the board members and ALL residents and lot owners, is a group of people who seek to live in privacy, community, and tranquility against the backdrop of a beautiful lake and natural forest.
Working toward the greater good, we strive to maintain an open door policy with our members and residents as well as engage in transparency.

Our Board of Directors is a team of volunteers dedicated to looking after our community. Our goal is to improve communication, make the best possible financial decisions, protect our investments and provide recreational opportunities for our members. Every resident and member of the committee plays a significant role in keeping Lake Winona a peaceful and beautiful place.
